1. Shipping Destinations

Stars Venue currently ships to selected countries within the European Union and to selected international destinations, including North America and the United Kingdom.

Up-to-date information regarding:

is always provided on a dedicated Delivery page, which forms an integral part of this Shipping Policy.

Stars Venue reserves the right to update or expand shipping destinations without the need to amend this Shipping Policy.

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using delivery partners selected based on the destination, package size, weight, and logistical requirements.

3. Order Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of increased demand (such as collection launches, promotional events, or holidays), order processing may take up to 1–3 business days.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided on the dedicated shipping information page and during checkout.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs procedures or carrier-related delays.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • delivery destination
  • package size and weight

The final shipping fee is always clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

7. Duties, Taxes & Customs

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

8. Undelivered or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is returned to Stars Venue due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • failure to collect the shipment

the order may be reshipped upon request.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@stars-venue.com.

We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
