1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website www.stars-venue.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of products offered on it.

The Website is operated by Stars Venue, s.r.o., with registered office at Draženovská 1092/4, 155 00 Prague, Czech Republic, VAT No. CZ17636621 (“Stars Venue”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND USER ACCOUNT

By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or modify product descriptions at any time without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen settings.

Limited drops, limited edition items, personalized/custom products and pre-order items may be subject to specific conditions, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Stars Venue. An order is considered accepted only once payment has been received and you have received an order confirmation email.

Stars Venue reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, incorrect product information, suspected fraud or insufficient stock.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed on the Website and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, duties, customs fees and other charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout.

Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information and authorize Stars Venue to charge the full amount of your order.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

Stars Venue is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or events beyond our control.

For pre-orders, personalized items or made-to-order products, delivery times may be extended. Customers will be informed accordingly.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at info@stars-venue.com within this period.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Show no signs of use
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include all original tags, labels and accessories
  • Include any complimentary gift received with the order

Items purchased using a gift card are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Limited drops and limited edition items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Underwear and socks
  • Worn, damaged or altered items
  • Items without original tags
  • Certain sale items (as stated on the product page)

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Duties, taxes and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are covered by Stars Venue.

9. EXCHANGES

Direct exchanges are not offered.
If you wish to change size or product, you must return the original item (subject to the return conditions) and place a new order separately.

10. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting info@stars-venue.com, including clear photographic evidence.

Where applicable, remedies will be provided in accordance with statutory consumer warranty rights.

11. LEGAL WARRANTY

Products are covered by the statutory legal warranty applicable under EU and Czech consumer protection laws. No additional commercial warranty is provided unless expressly stated.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including but not limited to designs, logos, images, texts, graphics and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Stars Venue or its licensors.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stars Venue shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or purchased products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable consumer law.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with EU consumer protection law and the laws of the Czech Republic.

Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their country of residence within the EU.

15. MODIFICATIONS

Stars Venue reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version will always be available on the Website.
