Use this form to officially withdraw from your Stars Venue purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You can withdraw from one item, several items, or your entire order.
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email. If you cannot find it in your inbox or spam folder, please contact our customer support.
Please note that submitting this form does not automatically return your items. You must still send them back by following our return instructions.
Product ID(s)*: Enter the unique product code, which you can find on the product page under PRODUCT DETAILS as the last item (e.g. SV-HDY-2003-GRY-S). Each product and size has its own code, so please make sure to enter the code that matches the item and size you wish to return.
