At Stars Venue, we select only high-grade materials designed to withstand time. To preserve the original silhouette, texture, and finish of your pieces, we recommend adhering to the following care protocols:

  • Gentle Thermal Regulation: Always launder your garments at a maximum of 30°C. Cold water washing protects the structural integrity of the fibers and maintains color depth.
  • Reverse Laundering: To safeguard intricate prints, embroideries, and the fabric’s surface, ensure all items are turned inside out prior to the wash cycle.
  • Natural Aeration: The use of a tumble dryer is strictly discouraged. High temperatures can cause irreversible shrinkage. We recommend air-drying your pieces flat on a clean surface.
  • Indirect Ironing: Should ironing be necessary, use a low-heat setting and iron only on the reverse side. Never apply direct heat to any graphic or embellished elements.
  • Chemical Abstinence: Refrain from using bleach or aggressive fabric softeners, as these agents can degrade the premium cotton fibers and alter the intended fit.
T-SHIRTS & HOODIES
  • Standard Care: We recommend a gentle machine wash at 30°C. Cold water is essential for preserving the cotton fibers and the garment's original silhouette.
  • Protection: Always wash your pieces inside out. This simple step protects the surface and any high-quality prints or embroideries from friction.
  • Drying: To avoid shrinkage, do not use a tumble dryer. For best results, air-dry your hoodies and tees flat on a drying rack.
  • Steaming & Ironing: If necessary, use a steamer or iron on a low setting. Always iron on the reverse side and avoid direct contact with graphic elements.
HEADWEAR

To maintain the architectural shape of the brim and crown, our headwear should never be machine washed. We recommend spot cleaning with a soft, damp cloth and a pH-neutral cleanser. To dry, reshape the cap by hand and allow it to air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight to prevent ultraviolet fading.
SOCKS & UNDERWEAR

Hygiene & Temperature: We recommend a standard machine wash at 30°C to 40°C. This temperature range effectively cleans the fabric while preserving the elasticity of the waistband and fibers.

Color Longevity: Wash with similar colors to prevent dye transfer and maintain the original vibrance of the pieces.

Drying Protocol: For optimal results, air-dry your socks and underwear. Avoid high-heat tumble drying, as excessive heat can damage the elastic components and lead to a loss of shape.

Fabric Care: Avoid the use of aggressive bleaching agents. If possible, use a mesh laundry bag for delicate socks to prevent them from catching on other garments during the cycle.
