Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
As soon as your package leaves our studio, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

We’re sorry about that.
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order and include your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make sure everything is resolved as quickly as possible.

My order arrived damaged.

Every order is carefully packed, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll take care of it immediately.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or your package seems lost, please contact us. We’ll investigate the issue with the carrier and keep you informed.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to update your address.
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, changes are no longer possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges are not possible directly – instead, return the item and place a new order for the desired size or style.

Which items cannot be returned?

Limited drops, worn items, some sale items, limited edition pieces, underwear, socks, personalized items, items without original tags and products purchased with a gift card are not eligible for returns. This helps us maintain quality and fairness for all customers.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
The refunded amount will be sent back to the original payment method.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
