Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history. Submit a return request – it must first be approved by our team.
Once approved, you'll receive an email with your return shipping label and detailed instructions:
Print your return label
Pack the items securely, preferably in the original packaging
Attach the label and hand the parcel to the carrier
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note:
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Check your order as soon as it arrives – this helps ensure you have time to request a return within the 14-day window.
Which items cannot be returned?
Limited drops, worn items, some sale items, limited edition pieces, underwear, socks, personalized items, items without original tags and products purchased with a gift card are not eligible for returns. This helps us maintain quality and fairness for all customers.
