Returns
We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn, unwashed, and unused
- in their original condition
- returned in original packaging
- with all original tags and labels attached
If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned.
If the gift is not returned, the refund will be rejected or adjusted accordingly.
How to Request a Return

or log in to your customer account and submit a return request from your order history.
All return requests must be approved by our team before sending the items back.
Once approved, you will receive an email with:

- detailed return instructions

Items sent back without approval or outside the return period will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- limited drops and limited edition pieces
- final sale items
- worn, washed, or used items
- underwear and socks
- personalized or custom-made products
- items without original tags or packaging
- products purchased with a gift card

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product:
- return the original item following our return process
- place a new order once the return is approved
This ensures faster processing and availability.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- refunds are issued to the original payment method
- processing time is up to 10 business days
Please note that bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
Duties, taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
