    • Contact our customer support team at info@stars-venue.com or through our contact form, and provide your order number in the form (#00000) and the reason for the return or exchange.

    • Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • For returns and exchanges due to customer preference or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the items reach us safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.

  4. Refunds:

    • Once we receive your returned items and verify their eligibility, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  5. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer support team.

    • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item instead.

  • If you received a promotional item or a free gift with your purchase and wish to return the main item, the value of the promotional item/gift may be deducted from your refund if it is not returned as well.
